Benefits of Rose-Some facts about plants in my house.

Hope you all are safe and in the comfort of your homes. In this post you will get to know some amazing benefits of Rose.

So, Firstly, let me welcome all of you to part 2 of Some helpful facts about plants in my house. This post is all about the beautiful roses.

Benefits of Rose
This is a rose plant in my house.

So, Everyone of us have seen roses and I know you just love them the moment your eyes meets them. And they are of several varieties. And each one of them is equally beautiful.

Well, I have never seen a black roses in real life. And I really want to see them. So, do tell me how does it looks if you have seen one.

So, like most of us even I have a rose plant in my house. And I was awestruck by how much helpful it is for us humans.

You may be wondering how roses helps humans? Don’t worry. Let’s find out.

1. First benefit of Rose is that it is used as an essential oil:

To begin with let me tell you the essential oil extracted using roses have so many benefits such as it decreases anxiety and stress and also provides relief from menstrual discomfort.

2. Other benefitof Rose is that it is used as a skin care product:

Well, undoubtedly everyone is aware of gulab-jal (Rose Water) which is made from roses. Also, there are plenty of other skin care products too that use roses.

3. Dried rose petals are used for preparing sweets and other food:

There are so many things in which dried rose petals are used and I am sure you must have ate atleast one of the dishes having rose petals. So, do tell which is your favourite dish which uses rose petals. I personally love gulakand.

4. They are used for making incense sticks:

Well, of course because of its beautiful aroma they are used for making incense sticks.

5. They can lift your mood anytime.

As I have mentioned in the above point(point 1) roses are an effective way to release stress, anxiety, depression etc. Well, obviously. No wonder why. As soon as we see a rose we definitely make forget everything else.

I love that the flowers in your garden can double up for different things. I LOVE the smell of flowers. It is great that roses can be used for skincare. I am a big fan of using rose water. Thanks for sharing all of these fun facts!

Oh, my grandma and some other women in my village would make rose jam! It is a craziness of flavors, smells, textures <3 I'm drooling right now!

We grow a fine, fat bank of roses, though the bushes are a nightmare to trim come winter. We love making oil and tea and especially drying the petals to include in body scrubs and soaps and with yogurt and raisins in the summertime. 🙂

Roses are special.. i think all over d world… as a flower it is so lovely to have one in home. Rose water also many people know.
