These are so interesting! I like the one about strangers in your dream are actually people that you have seen in your real life. I learned this in psych and thought it was so fascinating! Your brain cannot create new faces in dreams, so all the faces you see are ones that you’ve interacted with before!

These are so interesting! I didn’t realize how beneficial travel was.
Also, I’m glad that other people are worried about being TOO happy. I thought I was alone in that.

Thank you for sharing! I feel more knowledgeable.

Love this! I find things like this so interesting. I go to bed at a pretty reasonable time and I’m NOT a risk taker, so that one makes sense! The one about crying makes sense too because I always feel less stressed after a good cry. And sadly number 4 makes total sense too.

Very interesting facts! I love the idea of people in dreams being people you’ve seen in life. I think some of mine might be combinations of people. It makes me rethink any characters in my books that came from dreams.

Travel is definitely something that makes me feel better and I didn’t realise there’s some psychology behind it. Most of these make so much sense and are something I haven’t thought about before. I love the one about saying thank you, it goes to show it’s all about the little things

Yes crying does relieve stress. I’ve read somewhere that our tears have natural painkillers which makes us feel slightly better after a cry.

Love these facts! I can definitely relate to them as well. It’s not easy for me to express my emotions so sometimes I prefer texting to avoid direct conversations! Thank you for sharing these facts 🙂

Interesting fact, and I’m not a risk taker, and I found out that after crying it made me less stressed.
Never 🐝 a fan of travel something I need to reverse.

These were really interesting facts! Especially #5 about the strangers in dreams. I also think that about the trolls on the internet, so I’m not too surprised about that fact.
