This is a very true quote. It reminds me of the saying ‘there is no such thing as a good or bad situation, just how we choose to react to them…’

This quote is SUPER relevant right now as we’re all facing the challenges associated with COVID-19 and the way it has interrupted our sense of ‘normal’ in our lives. I see those who talk as if it’s all hopeless because they’ve been dealt challenges (loss of a job, trying to work from home, trying to help the kids with online education, etc.) as well as those who see it as an opportunity, reassessing the life they were living before and looking at what they can learn from this. We’re all facing some sort of challenge or change in 2020, but we get to choose how we respond to it. Are you going to let it tear you down, or are you going to use the opportunity to grow and evolve?
